Presence of two tiny hyperechonic nodule measuring about 0.6 and

0.7cm in size in the right lobe of liver noted. Further

evaluation is nessary , though hepatic hemangioma seems more favored.

* No significant lesion of the GB , spleen , both kidneys 
 
and the visualized portion of the pancreas.
